At Arham Organic, we strive to ensure that your orders reach you in a timely manner while maintaining the highest quality standards. Below, you will find our detailed shipping policy, including estimated delivery times, shipping rates, and international shipping details.


Order Processing

     All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

     You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

     Due to high order volumes or postal service delays beyond our control, some shipments may experience slight delays.

We offer the following shipping options across India:

Note: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

     For orders under ₹800, a flat delivery fee of ₹50 applies.

     Deliveries are made between 10 AM - 7 PM, Monday to Saturday.

     We will contact you via text message or call before arrival.

If your address falls within our local delivery area, the option will be available at checkout.


In-Store Pickup

You can choose to skip the shipping fees by opting for free in-store pickup at Vadodara Store.

     Orders will be ready for pickup within 1-2 business days.

     We will notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup.

     Pickup hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM - 7 PM.

     Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up your order.


Address Changes & Order Cancellation

     If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.

     Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Once an order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.


Missing, Lost, or Damaged Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated time frame, please contact us immediately.

     Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking number shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, building security, or local post office.

     Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, take clear photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
